General Terms and Conditions – GTC

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of digital products provided by Admit Guides, operated by Muhammad Awan, Germany. By purchasing or downloading any product from Admit Guides, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases of digital products offered through Admit Guides.
Customers may be consumers or businesses. Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
3. Products
All products are supplied exclusively in digital form. No physical goods will be shipped.
Products may include:
- PDF Guides
- eBooks
- Templates
- Checklists
- Educational resources
- Downloadable files
4. Contract Formation
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By clicking the purchase button during checkout, the customer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded once payment has been successfully processed and the download is made available.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed during checkout are final prices.
Where required by applicable law, displayed prices already include the applicable value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or similar indirect taxes.
Additional taxes or customs duties are not charged for digital downloads.
Payments are processed securely by authorized payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
6. Digital Delivery
Immediately after successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased digital products.
If delivery is delayed due to technical reasons, customers should contact support.
7. License
Customers receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
Unless expressly permitted by law, customers may not:
- resell
- redistribute
- sublicense
- share publicly
- upload to file-sharing services
- commercially exploit the products
Ownership of all intellectual property remains with Admit Guides.
8. Intellectual Property
All content is protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.
This includes:
- text
- graphics
- icons
- layouts
- tables
- templates
- branding
- educational material
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9. Educational Purpose
The products are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.
They do not constitute:
- legal advice
- immigration advice
- tax advice
- financial advice
- official university admission advice
Customers remain responsible for verifying all information with the relevant authorities, universities, embassies, or governmental institutions.
10. Accuracy of Information
The information provided is prepared carefully and updated regularly.
However, admission requirements, immigration laws, tuition fees, visa regulations, scholarship programs, and governmental procedures may change without notice.
Therefore, no guarantee is given that all information is complete, current, or accurate at all times.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- reviewing official university requirements
- verifying visa regulations
- meeting application deadlines
- maintaining secure access to downloaded files
12. Prohibited Use
Customers agree not to:
- reproduce products for resale
- distribute products publicly
- remove copyright notices
- reverse engineer protected content
- use the products for unlawful purposes
13. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally excluded once access to the digital content has been provided, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
If a technical issue prevents access to the purchased product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, customers may be entitled to an appropriate remedy under applicable law.
14. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers residing in jurisdictions that provide a statutory right of withdrawal may exercise that right unless it has lawfully expired.
For digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once:
- the customer has expressly consented to the immediate commencement of the download or digital performance,
- the customer has acknowledged that this consent results in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal, and
- the trader has provided confirmation of this consent on a durable medium (such as the order confirmation email),
to the extent permitted by applicable law, including Section 356 (5) German Civil Code (BGB).
If these legal requirements are not fulfilled, the statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
15. Availability
Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a defect.
Reasonable efforts will be made to restore service promptly.
16. Force Majeure
Admit Guides shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters
- governmental actions
- war
- internet outages
- cyberattacks
- pandemics
- failures of third-party service providers
17. Liability
Admit Guides shall be liable without limitation:
- for intent (wilful misconduct),
- for gross negligence,
- for injury to life, body or health,
- under the German Product Liability Act where applicable,
- and in any other case where liability cannot legally be excluded.
In cases of slight negligence, Admit Guides shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal obligations”).
In such cases, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
18. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
19. Amendments
Admit Guides may update these Terms where necessary due to legal, technical, or business reasons.
The version applicable at the time of purchase governs the respective contract.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If the customer is a consumer residing in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
Mandatory statutory provisions shall replace any invalid clause where required.
22. Consumer Dispute Resolution

Admit Guides is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the purchase of the digital products.
