These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital products offered by Admit Guides. By purchasing or downloading any product from our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases of digital products made through our website.
Any conflicting terms proposed by the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Products
Our products consist exclusively of digital educational materials, including PDF guides, checklists, templates, and related downloadable content.
No physical goods are shipped.
4. Contract Formation
A purchase contract is concluded when:
- the customer submits an order through our website,
- payment has been successfully processed,
- and access to the purchased digital product has been provided.
We reserve the right to reject any order in cases of fraud, abuse, or payment issues.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe and, where available, PayPal.
The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, bank fees, or currency conversion fees required under their local laws.
6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment.
Delivery is considered completed once the download link or access has been made available.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining internet access.
7. License
The purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for private, non-commercial purposes only.
Ownership of the intellectual property is not transferred.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, layouts, branding, logos, designs, checklists, templates, and downloadable files, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Admit Guides unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, resale, publication, translation, modification, uploading, file sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Prohibited Uses
The customer agrees not to:
- share purchased files with others;
- upload products to websites or cloud-sharing services;
- sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the products;
- reproduce substantial portions of the content;
- remove copyright notices;
- use automated systems to copy or extract content;
- exploit the products commercially without written permission.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
10. Educational Purpose Only
Our products are provided solely for general educational and informational purposes.
They do not constitute legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, financial advice, or professional consulting.
Customers remain solely responsible for verifying all requirements with the relevant universities, embassies, immigration authorities, and government agencies.
11. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa Approval
Purchase of our products does not guarantee:
- admission to any university,
- acceptance into any academic program,
- visa approval,
- scholarship approval,
- residence permit approval,
- employment,
- or any other governmental or institutional decision.
All such decisions are made exclusively by the competent authorities and institutions.
12. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
However, laws, university admission procedures, visa regulations, tuition fees, immigration requirements, deadlines, and governmental policies may change without notice.
We do not guarantee that all information remains current after publication.
Customers should always verify information with official sources before making decisions.
13. Updates
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase of a product does not include future updates, revisions, or new editions.
14. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once:
- the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires; and
- the customer has acknowledged that, by giving such consent, they lose their right of withdrawal.
15. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of instantly accessible digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided, except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Technical Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess suitable hardware, software, internet access, and a compatible PDF reader or other necessary applications to access purchased products.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Admit Guides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or savings arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
18. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to purchased products if we reasonably believe the customer has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, abused our services, or infringed our intellectual property rights.
19. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, war, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.
20. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.
Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected where required by law.
22. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by applicable law.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
