Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

Contact Information

You may use the following wording:

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following digital product(s): [Product Name], ordered on [Date].”

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exception for Digital Products

Our products are supplied as digital downloads.

By purchasing a digital product and clicking the confirmation before completing your purchase, you:

  • expressly request immediate access to the digital content before the withdrawal period expires;
  • acknowledge that the download or access begins immediately after payment; and
  • acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you.

Therefore, after the download or access to the digital product has started, no right of withdrawal exists unless required otherwise by applicable law.
